LET ME HELP OUR COMMUNITIES.  LET’S GROW AVOYELLES PARISH.

As a life-long resident of Avoyelles Parish, I am committed to making the parish a place where families can flourish and kids won’t have to move away to find a job. With my experience as an entrepreneur, I know how to create jobs and opportunities. I’ll work hard in Baton Rouge to grow our job base and give every one of us a chance to succeed.

LET’S STOP WASTEFUL SPENDING

Politicians in Baton Rouge are risking our future to fund their wasteful ways. I will use my knowledge as a successful job creator to force government to live within its means, cut our taxes and give the citizens something back for their tax dollars.

I SUPPORT OUR SCHOOLS

I know firsthand the schools in Avoyelles Parish and across the state. I understand the importance of giving parents and students the chance to achieve their dreams. I support giving every student a strong start, high expectations, effective teachers and quality schools.

I WANT TO PRESERVE OUR WAY OF LIFE

My Christian values guide me every day. I am  pro-life and committed to protecting the rights of the unborn. As a sportsman, I will defend the Second Amendment and will fight to protect the rights and culture of our community.

Had a great time speaking at the Louisiana Telecommunications Association (LTA) conference! The LTA members are the true broadband providers, and it was great to discuss the GUMBO 2.0 program and our upcoming Locate & Mapping Initiative that the Governor and I are working on. This initiative will revolutionize how we construct underground utilities, helping to prevent damage to municipal water ... See MoreSee Less

Doing a Great job!!!!

I’ve seen multiple towns ignore the law and abuse speed cameras, collecting more in fines than from all other tax revenue sources combined. This is a serious problem, and we have to fix it!

Marksville did it too. Got me for 200$ for 38 in a 35mph zone No way to fight it. No appeal. And threats of collection agency if I didn’t pay within 2 weeks. Talk about highway robbery! Literally.

Marksville had 4 cameras workout any signs to state that is speed cameras. Then on hwy 107 going to pineville, just past hwy 454 on the left. A pineville cop puts his car along the road and had 2 cameras installed on a pole in his yard.

Thank you!!! Also when you get a chance please give me a call concerning some other laws that were just put into effect. Either I need clarification on them or something needs to be done!

Olivia and I had an incredible time in New Orleans, welcoming visitors to our great state! From attending numerous events and a lively parade to a beautiful church service at the St. Louis Cathedral with Gail Benson, it was a memorable experience. The city was well prepared, full of energy, and it’s clear—New Orleans is back!

Big thanks to Governor Landry for his leadership in making it happen. Ex

A big thank you to the team from the Raymond Laborde Correctional Center for their hard work and dedication in keeping our community clean! They recently picked up over 300 bags of garbage along Highway 115 in the Bay Hills area.

Their efforts make a big difference in maintaining the beauty of our parish, and we appreciate their commitment to helping our community shine. Let’s all do our part to k

Preventable Tragedies in Our Skies

As a State Representative and licensed pilot, I feel compelled to speak out about the recent avoidable aviation tragedy in Washington, D.C.

There is absolutely no reason air traffic control (ATC) should allow a helicopter to cross on the approach end of an active runway. A simple fix? Have the helicopter pass midfield. This basic procedural change could have prev

Bruh I swear I said the exact same thing to Brittany Daigrepont Bordelon last night. Tragic it really is. But I agree and I als believe we should hire more ATC workers. A lot of em is working over with little help. Well said Daryl Deshotel

President Trump is on the case !!

A tragic loss of life!

I enjoyed speaking with the students of St. Anthony during Catholic Schools Week! They asked great questions, but the best one was, ‘How does your Catholic faith guide you in the legislature?’ It was an honor to be part of the discussion alongside outstanding public servants—Charles Riddle, Heath Paster, Connie Desselle, and Brenda Sampson.

‘Each of you should use whatever gift you have received t
